The U.S. Division of Training (Section) is withdrawing a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) that, under the Secretary's authority to waive repayment of a loan furnished by the upper Training Act of 1965, as amended (HEA), proposed to accomplish the next: amend laws pertaining to waiver of particular college student loan debts; give qualified pers
